How is the food prepared?

Whether you are ordering a la carte or subscribing to a meal plan, all food items are freshly cooked weekly, some items on a daily basis. Food is chilled and portioned into containers. packages are sealed air tight to mantain freshness and extend its shelf life.

Do I need to subscribe to a meal plan to enjoy your delicious food?

You choose what works best for you and your lifestyle. 

It can be a one-off order from any of the mezza, weekly main dishes and desserts or a subscription of a select number of meals for 1 week or a couple of weeks.

What options will I have if I want to subscribe to a meal plan?

Our Mezzas and Desserts menu is fixed and can be selected at all times. Menu for Mains rotate on a weekly basis and you will be able to select your meals in advance if you are subscribing for 2 weeks or more. 

What happens if I don't select my meal plans for the future?

If you are subscribed for a 2 weeks or more, you will have the option to complete your meal selection for all weeks at checkout. 


If that's not done, you will receive a reminder to complete your meal selection before the 24-hour cutoff from your delivery date. 


If meals are not selected, the selection will be randomly generated. 

What do I do if I have any special requests?

How does delivery work with Modo's orders?

Our delivery is charge based on a mileage radius from our Kitchen in Park Royal. 


We deliver to North and West London on Monday and Wednesday. 


We deliver to South, East and Central London on Tuesday on Thursday. 


Delivery times are between 7:00 and 9:00 PM. 

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver nationwide with a trusted courier service. 


Any order over 10 miles and anywhere in the UK will be considered a nationwide delivery.
